Waterworks 2011 will continue to offer an excellent opportunity
for all PWS members to showcase new work in water media.
It will be held at Fein Art Gallery from April 29 to May
28, 2011. Tom Hirata will jury the show this year with
awards given at the opening reception. Opening reception
will be April 29 from 5 to 8 pm.
We
are switching over to digital entries this year refer
to the 2011 Prospectus and also go to our digital
entry instructions page for guidance.

Sally
Heston will have a solo show of her paintings at the Jewish Community
Center, South Hills (off of Bower Hill Rd. in Scott Township) for
6 weeks beginning in late March through the month of April. The
exhibit will be open to the public during normal hours of operation.
She invites all of her Pittsburgh area friends to come by to see
the show.
PWS members Christine Swann, Jeannie McGuire, and Peggi Habets,
along with Claire Hardy and Barbara Kern-Bush will be showing new
works in their upcoming show "Beauty. Strength. Reflection".
The show will be held at Shaw Galleries from April 1-30 and will
feature five perspectives on the female form. The opening reception
will be Friday, April 1 from 5:30 - 9:00.
