Pittsburgh Watercolor Society members may bring up to three pieces of art to be considered for the Three Rivers Arts Festival exhibit "Think Outside the Frame". Drop-off for screened work will be the same day, 10:00-12:00. Notification of accepted work at the screening pick-up.
